In the Subscription agreement. we make it very clear that you own the information that you put into LINQ. If you choose to end your subscription, we will delete all of your data. It's that simple!
We plan to calculate some statistics based on your data. These statistics calculate things like global indices of supply chain efficiency and will allow organisations to understand how efficient their supply chains are against global and industry averages. Part of our planning is to ensure that we can provide a 100% guarantee that these statistics are entirely anonymised; Your organisation and your data will not be identifiable or reverse engineer-able from these statistics.
We also take security very seriously. There's little point in guaranteeing data ownership if security is poor. We have followed industry best-practice in the securing of the LINQ stack in order that your data remains safe.
