Create models for the business processes within the organisation
Where models pass information, join them together
Circulate and analyse insights
Create a project for change (process improvements, AI implementation, new business direction or change in customers or products)
Visualise and test impact of change through different loads, staff configurations, skill sets etc.
Generate a business case and plan
Implement plan and compare against models
Push the project changes into current state and repeat
