People and systems model

Modified on Wed, 17 Dec at 8:27 AM

The people and systems model is available under the models menu are shown below.

This model brings together all roles and systems across the organisation. It shows which roles use which systems and provides the option to create people and infrastructure nodes.

People nodes represent staff members or teams within the organisation. They are connected to the roles they do and can provide costs and capacity to the actions performed.

Infrastructure nodes represent infrastructure required to support systems, for example cloud computing, electricity, diesel etc. Infrastructure is used to define costs and carbon emissions that can then be allocated to actions within model.
